TNR Programs & Resources In Southern California

  • Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center: A pet adoption center in Riverside that offers veterinary services, and is a great leader in animal welfare. They have a wonderful community cat program where they offer spay, neuter, vaccinations, flea medicine and dewormers for very affordable prices. They will accept up to 2 community cats per person and 10 community cats per day. They also have traps you can rent out which are $5 per day $20 a week. Cats need to be brought in a humane trap and will be ear tipped during surgery.   • Riverside County Department of Animal Services: Animal Services for Riverside County. They offer a mobile spay and neuter clinic where residents of cities in Riverside County can receive spay and neuter services. You can call the Riverside Department of Animal Services at 1-888-636-7387 for more information and to see when the next clinic is being offered.

Inland Empire – San Bernardino County:

  • The PAW Mission and San Bernardino County Animal Care: The PAW Mission is a non profit organization that has partnered with San Bernardino County animal services to offer Spay and Neuter clinics for residents of San Bernardino County. Their goal is to decrease shelter euthanasia. They hold these events for animals located in San Bernardino County. This partnership is a great resource and step in helping the current pet over population problem and to reduce and eliminate shelter euthanasia.   • Ontario Spay and Neuter: A wellness clinic in Ontario that offers spay and neutering surgeries that are affordable. They offer a TNR program to help reduce the pet overpopulation problem. Los Angeles County:

  • Amazing Small Animal Practice: The top rated veterinarian in Gardena that has a mission to reduce pet overpopulation. They have a TNR program and offer spay and neutering service for not only cats and dogs, but also other animals as well which is very interesting.   • Stray Paws Animal Haven: A non-profit organization in South El Monte, that has two locations. One of them is on Rush Street and the other is on Potrero Avenue. They have a TNR program that directly funds spay and neuter surgeries to stop the cycle of overpopulation before it begins. They open at 6:30am and close at 4pm. You are only able to make an appointment online with this link.   • FixNation: A non-profit organization in Los Angeles that has a really good TNR program with having nearly 280,000 cats fixed as a major milestone. They only offer TNR service for cats and not dogs, and also require you to fill out an appointment request for limited service:

Orange County:

  • Orange County Animal Allies: A feral cat management program that provides feral fix spay/neuter resources and vouchers for TNR. If you have a domestic cat or dog that you are taking in for services, you can request a discount voucher, that is only accepted at approved hospitals:

  • Love Your Feral Felines: A non-profit animal rescue in Vista that gives “cats and kittens a second chance at life”. Appointments with them can only be made on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
